This activity takes place online Feeling stressed out by exams or workload pressures?! Then join us for this virtual meditation session facilitated by Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind. This event has been arranged to mark Mental Health Awareness Week. You will get the opportunity to take part in some easy exercises guided by a trained mental health professional. These aim to help you feel more relaxed by the end of the 30 minutes! *Open to all staff and students. This session will be delivered on MS Teams. Participants will be asked to turn their cameras & microphones off while completing each meditation activity. To join the session, just click here at the start time.
