Research / Scholarly interests
- Bernadette is in the final year of completing her educational doctorate (EdD) on the impact of neoliberalism on voice. She has presented preliminary findings at the Society for Research into Higher Education conference (SRHE) and at the European Work and Organisational Psychology conference (EAWOP). She also has an interest in group behaviour and work psychology
