Xeni Venenga is a PhD researcher and Research Assistant at the Public Services International Research Unit (PSIRU). Her research focuses on the democratisation of public services, workplace democracy and labour relations. Her research examines how democratic governance and workers' participation in publicly owned services can strengthen public institutions, improve service delivery and contribute to the democratisation of the economy.
