Xinrui Liu PhD, MSc, PGCHE, FHEA

Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Xinrui joined the University of Greenwich in 2023 as Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She has her PhD in International Entrepreneurship from University of Bath, MSc in Business Consulting from University of Warwick, and BSc in Finance from Wuhan University, China.

Her research focuses on entrepreneurial firms’ internationalisation process, from the initial idea of going global to acting on the ideas through which they make sensible strategic decisions, nimbly leverage their resources and capabilities, and interact flexibly with the cultural settings.
