Dr Razia Sulthana Abdul Kareem BTech, MEng, MBA, PhD

Senior Lecturer in Computer Science

Razia, an academician and active researcher, has over 11 years of experience in delivering computer science and interdisciplinary courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students. She received her Bachelor of Technology (Information Technology) in 2007, Master in Business Administration (Systems) in 2009, Master of Engineering (Computer Science Engineering) in 2011, Doctorate of Philosophy (Computer Science) in 2018.  In her years as a student, she won the gold medals in both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree. Her international experience includes teaching students in India and Dubai.

As a researcher, she has been working around the areas of Computational Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Neural Computing. She is currently trying to interconnect her research intelligence with areas in edge computing and modelling technologies. She has published over 30 research articles in journals and conferences, published 3 patents, owns IBM AI explorer and mastery badge.
