This annual recruitment timetable is usally:

September - start of termApplications for Student Ambassadors opens
1st week of OctoberDeadline for applications
2nd week of OctoberFinal shortlisting is completed
mid-OctoberShortlisted students are contacted and invited to interview and assessment centre
 Interview and assessment centres take place
by end OctoberSuccessful Student Ambassadors undertake online training
early NovemberStudent Ambassador training day
