With Yoga, Salsa, Pole Fitness, Badminton, 6-a-side Football, 5-a-side Netball, Touch Rugby and free gym access during the 5 days of ActiveGre (1-5pm on all campuses) there's plenty of options.

Throughout the week we'll be sharing how you can get involved and stay active.  Give any of these activities a try, and come along to the Get Involved Fair on Thursday 17 January, 1-5pm in Dreadnought - you never know what you might find.

Or try out the gyms on each of our campuses.  During the 5 days of ActiveGre (14 - 18 January) it's free to access them between 1 and 5pm.
