Interested in becoming a coach within the Coaching Network?

TLDRoffon

The network aims to provide an internal pool of coaches that staff can access to receive support in various areas. Coaches can also work towards a level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

Would you like to support others in achieving their specified goals? Would you like to facilitate service improvement ideas or help others solve their work related problems and decision making?

If the answer is yes then you could become a coach within the university's Coaching Network. The Coaching Network went live in February 2017 and due to its popularity we are recruiting more coaches. Full details of the Network can be found on their webpage.

If you are interested in becoming a coach please complete the application form which needs to be authorised by your line manager and PVC/Director.

Please refer to the Skills and Behaviours of a Coach when completing the application form. Applicants should send the completed form to the Coaching Network by midday on Wednesday 23 January 2019

The application forms will be shortlisted and the shortlisted applicants will be invited to an informal group interview on 4 February 2019 in Room 104, Grey Building, Avery Hill Campus, from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm.

Applicants will be informed of the interview decision by Friday 15 February 2019.
