1. Lunch & Learn with Kenisha Linton, 12.30 - 1.30
The Department of HR and Organisational Behaviour has significantly reduced the BME attainment Gap over the past year. Kenisha Linton, a senior lecturer will be sharing some of the practice in her department.
This session builds on the brief presentation at the last CoP, and she will share her perspective and experiences on how her department has been able to reduce the gap, as well as which next steps to further tackle the attainment gap.
2. Case Study Writing Workshop with Simon Walker
Straight after Simon Walker from Educational Development Unit is facilitating a case study writing workshop from 13:30-16:00, which will be good preparation for those wanting to take part in the case study competition.
