Add your university events to the Calendar

You can add your events to the "Calendar of Events" on the portal using the "Submit a new event" link which you can find under Announcements on the staff portal home page. This enables your event to be included in future weekly events stories; it will be included when you add the event and again in the three weeks before it takes place, so the earlier you add your events the more they will be seen across the university.
