Keeping informed on Brexit Articles

Brexit seems permanently in the news since the UK voted to leave the European Union, and it's understandable that you may have questions about how it affects you. For the time being, however, it is worth remembering that the UK currently remains a member of the EU.

The university's EU Referendum Information Hub is designed to provide information and help answer your questions. It's here that we'll share authoritative and factual information released by key Government and sector sources.

  • If you have a question which isn't covered here, then you can use the web form on the FAQ page to submit a question to the Vice-Chancellor's Office.

There is also a page giving information for EU students on subjects such as finance, residency and community tensions.  EU students remain very important to the university and continue to be very welcome here.

  • If you have questions or concerns about student finance please contact the university Student Finance team.
  • If you have questions about residency, want to apply for permanent residency or have concerns about your status then please contact the International Student Advice Service.
  • And if you are affected by a community tension issue we recommend you contact your campus Student Centre and ask to speak to a member of staff.
