Greenwich maintains high spot from last year

The University of Greenwich has held on to its spot in the latest edition of the Time Higher Education World University rankings. Now in their 17th year, the THE World University Rankings study data from 1,527 institutions from 93 countries, looking at data points on almost 2,000 of the world's leading research universities and more than 22,000 academic reputation survey responses.

The University of Greenwich maintained its ranking between on 601-800 of universities worldwide.

Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Jane Harrington, said: "The University of Greenwich is proud of everyone that makes our institution one of the world's best. From our incredible lecturers and researchers to our technicians and professional services staff. It great to see them recognised for all their hard work.

While we are happy to see that hard work recognised, we are always striving to better our previous results and grow towards our targets of improving year on year to maintain our status as a world leader in education."

This is another example of the university continuing to be ranked among the world's best across a number of disciplines.
