Women’s Staff Network Event – “Rebellious” Where will I go next? A talk that you will never forget!

Join the Women's Staff Network event taking place on Monday 12 September at 4pm with guest speaker Dr. Sam Collins, founder of Aspire.

The talk will be delivered by Dr. Sam Collins who is an international speaker, social entrepreneur, and author now on tour in the UK to present her latest book called “Rebellious: Women Who Broke the Rules and Changed Their World” and will focus on:

  • The critical skill set of rebels: how they develop resilience and change the most traditional organisational, cultural and social structures.
  • How you can take hold of self-doubt and fear to find your voice, find your passion or simply find the freedom to be happy.
  • Finding and being a mentor - help and support is waiting for you no matter your age or status.
  • How purpose and courage are connected and how to tap into a fearless life and career.
  • Why self-care is essential to higher awareness and finding your intuition.
  • The power of compassion and how it is a competitive advantage in a diverse global economy.
  • What you can do now to make your own contribution to gender equality transformation in your world.

About the speaker:

Dr. Collins is also the founder of Aspire, where for the past 21 years she has worked tirelessly in advancing individual, organisational and social change.

Recognised by Her Majesty, The Queen, she was named among the "Top 200 Women to Impact Business & Industry". She has also served as global ambassador of Women for Woman International, empowering female survivors of war in Afghanistan, the DRC, Iraq, Kosovo, Rwanda and South Sudan.
