It is an opportunity for students and recent graduates to commercialise their business idea. The finalists will pitch to win £5,000 towards running their business.

The finalists are:

Abodle: Sagar Patel, Business Faculty
Affordable, on demand 360 degree virtual walkthroughs of potential properties to rent or buy. Abodle offers virtual reality (VR) & augmented reality (AR) services.

Adorn Events Boutique: Jeanyne Stephen, Business Faculty Eventful Box is a fully contained party box shipped directly to customers doors, providing a cheaper alternative to having an event planner. From handcrafted invitations, to personalised bunting, customers will have full control and can pick and mix what they would like included in their box to suit their budget.

BeeNice Sharing: Wei-Chun Tseng, Business Faculty BeeNiceSharing.co.uk is a secured online service to facilitate learning and teaching activities. It aims to bridge the gap between traditional teaching activities, and self-taught learning via the internet.

Boundless View Ltd: Riad Darawish, Faculty of Architecture, Computing & Humanities
An artificial intelligence solution for recognising image based cursive handwriting text in the Middle Eastern market.

Grow Station: Aivis Atvars, Business Faculty
Self-sustaining farming inside a container. An automated aquaponic system that can grow plants and fish that are organic all year round, anywhere in the world, despite weather conditions, without using soil.
