Following a career in Resourcing, HR, and Business Consultancy in the Retail and Financial Services Sectors, Catherine joined the University of Greenwich in 2011.  She is a Senior Teaching Fellow with expertise in Leadership, Change and Organisation Behaviour and has taught and led modules at master's and undergraduate levels and was, until recently, Programme Leader for BA Human Resource Management.  She is now working in the Executive Business Centre, delivering and leading taught modules to Executive and Global MBA students.

Catherine is a qualified coach and a member of the University Coaching Network.  She has worked on several organisational development projects within the talent management and organisational development sphere for the university and SMEs partners.  Examples of projects include delivering a professional services competence framework; working with a leadership research colleague to design and develop a leadership competence framework, and delivering a series of leadership development interventions at the middle leadership level.

  • Registered Organisational Psychologist with Health and Care Professions Council ( January 2025)

  • Leadership and change, Organisational Behaviour, HRD, Coaching, providing organisational development consultancy to SMEs and public sector organisations.
  • Catherine is pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Organisational Behaviour with Birkbeck University.
