Dr Devanshi Vikamsey joined the University of Greenwich in 2019 as an MSc Child and Adolescent Psychology student. She subsequently completed her PhD in Psychology at the University in 2024 and was appointed Lecturer in Psychology in the same year.

During her doctoral studies, Devanshi received the Best Poster Presentation award at the Annual PGR Student Conference for three consecutive years (2021–2023) and was awarded Runner-up in the University’s Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition in June 2023.

Alongside her research, Devanshi has developed extensive teaching experience across higher and further education. She has contributed as both a teaching assistant and module leader, demonstrating a strong commitment to student-centred learning. She also holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from India, making her a double postgraduate degree holder, and brings applied experience from clinical, educational, and community settings.

Her professional experience includes roles in academic teaching, research assistance, private tutoring, and applied psychological practice.
