Model Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a document that, when signed, will allow one party to discuss their confidential information (including their work and ideas) with other interested third parties. It legally binds those third parties to keep the information confidential and not to disclose it to other parties.

There are two standard NDA available, which have been approved by the Deputy Vice Chancellor as the standard to be used when academics wish to discuss confidential matters with companies.
