Experiencing high levels of wellbeing is vital. When we are mentally and physically well, we can more fully appreciate everyday things, form more positive and inclusive relationships and lead more fulfilling lives. Looking after our wellbeing also helps us to cope better with day-to-day challenges, and puts us in a stronger position to reach our aspirations and goals.
