What your FSA does for you?
University life comes with a lot of new experiences - and your FSA is there to help you make sense of it all.
They can:
- help you stay on top of deadlines and important dates;
- support you through academic or personal challenges;
- explain how things work (with no confusing jargon!);
- connect you with the right University services, including: wellbeing support, financial advice, timetabling, international student services, and more!
And if they don’t have the answer right away - they’ll find it for you.

Throughout the year, they’ll be in touch with you about key deadlines and make sure you’re feeling confident, supported, and on track.

Getting support shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why your FSA is easy to contact - you can send them a quick email, book an online or in-person meeting or even use our Digital Student Centre to ask them your question.
