The new Admissions Portal will make it easier for prospective students to apply to Greenwich and will improve how applications are managed across the university. It's an important step in our wider commitment to providing accessible, efficient and user-friendly digital services for students, staff and partners.
We’re expecting the first wave of changes to take place before the end of 2026, there will be no changes to the admissions process in the meantime. Relevant staff will be informed and trained before any changes are made.
Making the admissions process simpler, for staff and prospective students alike
Applying to university is a significant moment in a student's journey, and we want the experience to be as straightforward and supportive as possible.
The new Admissions Portal will help us to:
- Create a simpler and more intuitive application experience for applicants
- Improve visibility of application progress and admissions decisions
- Reduce manual administration and streamline processes
- Support better communication and information sharing
- Provide a secure and reliable platform that can support future developments.
These improvements will benefit applicants, admissions staff, academic and professional services staff, and our partner institutions.
