Our Confirmation, Clearing and Registration Change Freeze is arranged each year to make sure that any digital changes are assessed carefully before being made during this key time for our colleagues and prospective students.
Pre-confirmation and Clearing takes place between Wednesday 1 July and Thursday 23 July 2026. A soft freeze is in place, meaning that any changes to our IT and Digital systems need additional approvals before they can be made.
Main Confirmation and clearing takes place between Friday 24 July and Sunday 30 August 2026. A hard freeze is in place, meaning that no changes can be made to our IT and Digital systems during this time.
Registration takes place between Monday 31 August and Friday 30 October 2026. A soft freeze is in place, meaning that any changes to our IT and Digital systems need additional approvals before they can be made.
