Your story can be personal, reflective, celebratory, challenging, or anything in between. Whether you’ve been out for decades or are still finding your way, every experience matters.
The LGBT+ Staff Community is looking for short written pieces (up to 500 words) reflecting on either:
- Your coming out story, or
- Your life and experiences within the LGBT+ community
Participation is completely voluntary and can be anonymous if stated. Contributors are welcome to write in a way that feels comfortable and authentic to them, so please only include what you are comfortable to share.
These stories will then be shared in an exhibition on Greenwich campus as well as on a podcast throughout February. Further information on dates for these will be available soon.
If you’d like to take part or would like more information, please get in touch by emailing lgbt@greenwich.ac.uk by Friday 6 February.
If you would like to submit anonymously, please provide your entry through this form - LGBT+ History Month Anthology of LGBT+ Stories - Anonymous Entries – Fill in form
