Marking World Mental Health Day - 12 October 2026

This World Mental Health Day, the Staff Wellbeing Network is bringing staff wellbeing to the forefront, onto our campuses, and creating space for something that matters.

Two colleagues chatting over drinks at a café table, promoting World Mental Health Day events across the University of Greenwich campuses.Colleagues are invited to take a well-deserved break and come together on Monday 12 October as we recognise World Mental Health Day across all three campuses.

This year’s theme, ‘Lived Experiences Heard, Real Voices, Real Change’, is about making space for people’s experiences and recognising the importance of listening to different voices.

There are no expectations and no pressure to share. Whether you can stop by for five minutes or stay for longer, everyone is welcome. Simply come along, take some time out of your day and connect with colleagues over a drink.

Everyone attending will receive a complimentary £3.50 voucher for a hot or cold drink during the event.

Join us on your campus

The event takes place from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Monday 12 October at:
