Having someone to help and guide us can be hugely valuable. The qualities in nominees for this category might include providing excellent support and advice, being able to listen actively and offer guidance constructively and effectively, providing challenges and encouraging you to think and act differently.
Above all, they will have helped you to deliver and achieve your goals and had a positive impact on your personal and/or professional development.
Give us some examples of how your mentor helped you, and what you achieved as a result of being mentored.
| When preparing your nomination, please focus on the difference the work has made — who it has benefited, how it has added value and why it matters — rather than describing tasks or outputs alone. |
