Nominations open for SU Celebrates 2026 - submit by 1 April 2026

Greenwich Students’ Union (GSU) has launched their 2026 awards season. Nominate your fellow students and staff to help celebrate excellence.

You can now nominate fellow students and staff to help celebrate excellence, leadership, service and achievement across the university community.

SU Celebrates is an eight-day series of award evenings and recognition activities, kicking off from Monday 20 April. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase the great work students and staff do every day to support others and build a positive community across all Greenwich campuses.

Details of different Awards

You can nominate across two award schemes

  • SU Awards: Celebrating the success of Student Societies and Sports Clubs, both at a group level and individually across Greenwich and Medway campuses.
  • Student Led Teaching Awards (SLTAs): Always popular, with hundreds of nominations each year. Students can nominate student representatives and academic and support staff across all campuses who they feel have made a real difference to their studies.

Nomination details

Shortlisted nominees will be invited to a live awards evening where winners are announced. The deadline to nominate for both set of awards is Wednesday 1 April; don’t miss your chance to recognise someone who has made a difference for you.
