Don't miss this year's Pint of Science events!

Want a 'beginner's look' at a range of exciting science topics? Join our upcoming Pint of Science events - come along and learn something new!

We will once again be taking part in the worldwide Pint of Science festival. Academics and researchers from our Faculty of Engineering and Science and our Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences will be speaking at unique venues in Kent and London to share exciting and topical research in their areas of expertise.

This year's venues include a university bar and a local distillery, and we have a record number of talks on offer in 2024!

These talks are open to all and are a 'beginner's look' at science topics. Attendees do not need to have any prior knowledge of these topics to attend (although we advise that Pint of Science talks are not suitable for children).
