Student Wellbeing Service drop in

Our Student Psychological Wellbeing Service offers free, confidential one-to-one online drop-in sessions three times a week.

What’s it about?


You’ll have a relaxed, 15-minute chat with one of our wellbeing coordinators. It’s a safe space to talk things through, get advice, or be pointed toward helpful support.

How it works


* Join from anywhere — it’s on Microsoft Teams 
* No need to book — just drop in during the session time 
* You’ll speak one-to-one with a wellbeing coordinator 
* It’s private and confidential — we’re here to listen and support

When to join

  • Mondays (2-4pm)
  • Wednesdays (12:00–2 pm)
  • Fridays (11:00-1pm) 
    (Please note: times may change, especially outside of term time)
