The Digital Student Centre is the place for you to find answers to your questions, helping you to find the support you need. It covers various aspects of your student life, including student engagement, student finance, academic and personal conduct, accommodation, visa and international advice, disability, mental health and wellbeing support.

Access your useful documents, such as Bank Letters anytime in “My Documents”
Download your bank, student status and council tax letters when you need them. You will be able to go to the Digital Student Centre in the ‘My documents’ section and get the letter you need in minutes. If you need more support, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria, you can send us your enquiry and we will be able to support you.
You can track your enquiries and receive progress updates online
The Digital Student Centre gives you all the student life support you need. If you can’t find the right answer on AskUoG, send us your enquiry. You’ll be able to track all your requests and check anytime on their status and progress. We will give you the answer or support you need. If your enquiry is more complex, it can take the teams a little longer to get back to you. Please be patient while they make sure the information or advice they give you is accurate.
