Sean Land is the Director of Landas group, a real estate company. He shares his story of working at his dad's corner shop as a young teen, and how it set him up with the skills he needed to become the successful businessman he is today. He has learnt from 3 generations, as the family has always been in some type of business; Grandfather was buying properties in the 1970s, to father in 1990s. As a child he picked up all the mistakes, and helped in the early ages while still studying, and obtaining a degree in Accounting and Finance. As he progressed through the corporate ladder, he started his property journey himself at the age of 21, to getting to his target of a million pounds in assets by 26! This was a turning point of getting into the construction trade, and running a successful building company while doing his own organic projects. Finally working with top designers and exiting to helping others on their journey.
