  2. Your eligibility for a contextual offer must be indicated in the data we receive from the University and Colleges Admissions Service.
  3. You must attend one of our in-person offer holder events and check in on arrival with our registration staff.
  4. We must receive your application for a refund, plus proof of purchase, within 30 days of the event taking place.

If you’re unsure if you’re eligible, just contact our team at before buying your tickets.

The travel reimbursement covers the cost for you to travel to one of our dedicated offer holder events. It’s worth up to £50 GBP if you use the following transport methods:

  • Bus
  • Car (to pay towards petrol only)
  • Coach
  • Train
  • Other public transport (ie DLR, tram, underground).

You won’t be reimbursed for the following:

The travel reimbursement is for you. It isn’t available for any guests you bring to the event.

If you’re not eligible for this travel reimbursement, or we require additional information, we’ll contact you via email.
