Study at the University of Greenwich for a term or an academic year as an exchange student or a fee-paying study abroad student.

Each year, the University of Greenwich welcomes students from partner institutions around the world to join us for a semester or full academic year. As an incoming exchange or study abroad student, you’ll experience high-quality teaching, a diverse and inclusive student community, and the opportunity to study on our historic riverside campus in London.

How to apply

Whether you're from one of our partner universities or not, you're welcome to apply to study at Greenwich.

If you're from one of our partner universities and want to apply for an exchange

You should apply through your home university in the first instance. All students nominated by their home university to study at the University of Greenwich will be sent full application details by the Global Mobility team.

If you're not from one of our partner universities

You need to apply by the deadlines below and pay tuition fees. We are working towards an incoming fee-paying system and at the same time we encourage students from non-partners to apply.

Application Deadlines

  • 15 May (Autumn term or full year applications)
  • 15 October (Spring term only)

It's important that we receive your application before the deadline so that you have a chance to apply for University accommodation should you wish to do so.
