Background

I joined the Business Faculty Programme Administration Team at the University of Greenwich at the end of November 2021. Before moving to Greenwich, I worked in library services for 2.5 years at the University of Birmingham and The London Library. I have a BA in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham and I’m studying part-time for a Master’s in International Heritage Management.

Responsibilities

I provide administrative support to my fellow colleagues in professional services and to academics in the Business School. I also provide support for students with queries regarding their programme of study or help to provide answers and solutions to the challenges they may face during their time at Greenwich. I ensure that the information on our systems is kept up to date and run reports and provide data to staff when required. I am responsible for entering students’ grades and provide additional support to staff during inductions, programme meetings, and examination boards.
