Lecturer in Business Management

Archie is a specialist in human wellbeing through applied neuroscience, working across both organisational and individual levels. On the individual side, he specialises in one-to-one coaching rooted in neuroscience, helping people to understand and optimise their health, behaviour, and performance. At the organisational level, he employs a robust mixed-methods approach to assess culture, environments, and employee health, combining survey design, advanced quantitative analysis, and thematic analysis of interview data to create actionable benchmarks for performance and wellbeing.

Archie is a regular lecturer in organisational behaviour and business management. He holds a distinction in his Master's in Neuroaesthetics from Goldsmiths, University of London and has been awarded his WELL v2 accreditation, the internationally recognised gold standard for designing environments that support mental and physical health.

Responsibilities within the university

Archie's responsibilities at the University of Greenwich span teaching and tutorial guidance, curriculum development, research and scholarly activity, examining, and departmental administration. As a Lecturer in Business & Management, he contributes to the design and delivery of programmes while maintaining active research engagement alongside his teaching practice.
