Lecturer

Beauty Akter is pursuing her PhD at the University of Sussex. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and an MA in English. Before relocating to London, she served in an academic role at the Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, DIU, for six years. During this time, she taught a range of subjects within Business, Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Her research interests focus on corporate entrepreneurship, strategic management, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Her work has been published in several esteemed journals. She is an active member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and the Association for Project Management (APM). Additionally, she has served as a peer reviewer for renowned journals, including the International Journal of Management Reviews, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research, and Education + Training.

  2. Accredited member of Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE) by the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS).
