Key details

Parissa Baig

Lecturer in Strategic Entrepreneurship

Parissa joined Department of Systems Management and Strategy at the University of Greenwich in 2021 as a Lecturer in Strategic Entrepreneurship.

Parissa's doctoral research contributes to the recent debate on the paradox of embedded agency in the field of

research interests also include entrepreneurship, institutional change, organisational behaviour as well as
entrepreneurial teams and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Parisa has presented her research at a number of conferences, such as the British Academy of Management (BAM),
Association of Business Historians (ABH) and the European Group of Organisational Studies (EGOS).

including Small Business Development, Managing Quality in Services and Products; and Thematic Independent Studies. In addition, she supervises MSc student projects and dissertations.
