Dr Faith Adobamen
Lecturer, International Business.
Dr Faith Adobamen is a Lecturer in International Business, in the department of International Business and Economics at the University of Greenwich Business School. Prior to the University of Greenwich, Faith worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), an arm of the World Bank Group, in the Africa Corporate Governance (Advisory) Program of the institution, which provides Corporate Governance interventions to companies, regulators, and market intermediaries across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Dr Adobamen’s principal area of study is on the Impact of Research and Development (R&D) on Productivity, Economic Growth and Panel Data Econometrics.
Faith completed her VC Scholarship funded PhD in Economics at the University of Greenwich, her Thesis, entitled “The Effects of R&D on Regional Productivity in the UK: Comparative Evidence on Business R&D, Government R&D, and Higher Education Research. Faith holds an MSc. in Business and Financial Economics and graduated with a Distinction. Her first degree was a BSc. Economics from the Lagos State University.
Her teaching and tutoring experience has included several undergraduate and postgraduate modules within the department of International Business and Economics.
