Programme Leader Greenwich Online (Project Management); Senior Lecturer

Dr Imo Enang is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Lead in Project Management with Greenwich Online. He is an academic leader, strategy scholar and practitioner with nearly two decades of experience spanning higher education, FMCG, banking, consulting and entrepreneurship across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before academia, he spent 12 years with Procter & Gamble in commercial strategy and operations. He holds a DBA in Strategy from Warwick Business School and an MBA from IE Business School and is completing his PhD in Data Science at Florida Atlantic University. His research and teaching focus on organisational ambidexterity, digital strategy and transformation, AI-enabled decision governance, project management, innovation and sustainability. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a Certified Management & Business Educator. His work connects rigorous scholarship with industry application, executive education and responsible technology adoption. He is a co-author of Organisational Ambidexterity and Strategy: Design, Structure and Implementation (Routledge, 2024) and publishes across strategy, leadership, digital transformation and intelligent systems.

Responsibilities within the university

Programme Head/Lead for Project Management within Greenwich Online, with academic leadership responsibility for the MSc Project Management programme. Responsibilities include curriculum development and enhancement, module delivery, dissertation and project supervision, assessment and academic quality, student experience, employability and industry engagement, online learning design, research and scholarly activity and contribution to wider school priorities.

  1. Centre for Intelligent Resilient Cities Using Innovative Technologies (CIRCUIT) – Dubai Research, Development and Innovation (Dubai RDI) Centres Grant, University of Wollongong in Dubai, 2026–. Co-Principal Investigator / Application Team Member. The project was awarded AED 34,311,750, alongside AED 34,984,121 in pledged industry support and approximately AED 5 million in University in-kind contributions.
  2. CIRCUIT is a major interdisciplinary research programme focused on AI-enabled resilient cities, smart energy systems, digital twins, secure health technologies, intelligent supply chains, autonomous systems and data-driven urban innovation.
  3. Deep Learning for Causal Intelligence Systems for Privacy-Preserving Analytics and Adaptive Digital Commerce: A Multi-Project Research – University of Wollongong in Dubai Internal Research Grant, 2026–2027. Research Team / Project Collaborator. Awarded AED 33,000 in May 2026. The programme develops and validates advanced causal-AI and deep-learning approaches for privacy-preserving analytics and adaptive digital commerce. The research incorporates two principal technology streams: a Privacy-Preserving Deep Learning Platform and the CAMEO MarTech Analytics Suite, with planned research outputs including prototype systems and peer-reviewed publications.
  4. Supporting the Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) through Collaborative Research Efforts – Coventry University ESRC Impact Acceleration Account Partnership Development Award (PDA208), 2024–2026. Project Collaborator. Award value: £4,990. The project supports the World Bank-funded AGILE programme in Nigeria through stakeholder research, methodology evaluation and the development of scalable implementation approaches. My contribution focuses on business strategy, digital transformation, scalability and innovation, supporting the development of frameworks for wider programme adoption, stakeholder engagement and research impact.
