Nicola MacLeod has more than 22 years of experience of teaching tourism at the University of Greenwich and the University of North London (now London Metropolitan University). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. During this period, she has taught extensively, contributed to the development of new programmes and published widely.

Current research

Current research explores the role of self-guided tourist trails in the creation and experience of tourist space.
