Professor Laura Spira
Professor of Corporate Governance (Emeritus), Oxford Brooks University
Professor Spira is a Visiting Professor and a member of the university's Centre for Governance, Risk and Accountability.
She is a member of the ICAEW Research Advisory Board and a founder member of the British Accounting Association Corporate Governance Special Interest Group. She is a former joint editor of the Journal of Applied Accounting Research and remains on the editorial board. Since 2006 she has been a member of ESRC Peer Review College.
