Coordination of International Collaborative Partnerships for the Business School in the Department of Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour (HROB). The HROB department currently has International Partnerships with institutions in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Trinidad and Ethiopia. 

Based in South-East Asia since January 2014, Mr Dass is managing the Business Faculty portfolio of International collaborations overseas.  Partnerships include working in Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong-Kong and Singapore.  Previous roles in higher education include student employability manager, admissions officer and administration manager.

Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and postgraduate courses in:

  • management skills
  • cross cultural management
  • organisational behaviour
  • research methods
  • career management
  • project supervision

Raj is currently in the second year of his doctoral studies with the School of Education and is interested in the impact role of culture on teaching, learning and assessment of international students.  He is at the thesis stage of his doctorate researching "Cultural Differences in Teaching, Learning and Assessment. A UK and Vietnamese perspective of collaborative franchise provision." 

Further research interests include blended learning approaches and the role of technology in higher education.
