I hold a PhD in Management from Durham University Business School and an MSc in Management from Warwick Business School. My research and teaching sit at the intersection of operations management, supply chain resilience, sustainability and digital transformation. I have experience teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA programmes, with a particular focus on supply chain management, project management, business analytics, research methods and international business.

Before and alongside my academic career, I have been involved in manufacturing and export operations through Affordable Exports Pvt Ltd, which has shaped my applied understanding of supply chains, sustainability challenges, supplier relationships and operational decision-making. My academic interests include supply chain resilience, sustainable supply chain management, zero-waste manufacturing systems, circular economy, artificial intelligence in operations, and gamified approaches to teaching and learning.

Responsibilities within the university

Module Lead responsible for the design, development and delivery of International Business for Greenwich Online. Responsibilities include curriculum development, preparation of online learning materials, teaching and tutorial support, assessment design and marking, student guidance, module administration, and contribution to research and scholarly activity in line with Lecturer responsibilities at the University of Greenwich.
