Worravat Khamdee BA, MA

PhD researcher

Worravat is investigating the everyday lives of Muay Thai fighters in Thailand through a Foucauldian perspective at the intersection of management and tourism. His supervisors are Dr Klairoong Hawa Phairor, Dr Fatemeh Mohamadi and Dr Nicola MacLeod.

Before his PhD, Worravat was a manager in Bangkok and volunteered at the Thailand Peace Network Foundation. Additionally, Worravat holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and an MA in International Business.

Responsibilities within the university

Postgraduate Research Teaching Assistant (PGRTA) within the School of Management and Marketing.
