Children’s Nursing lecturer

Hannah joined the Children’s Nursing team at the University of Greenwich in October 2020; this is her first role within higher education and her previous roles have been within clinical practice. Hannah continues to work clinically within a busy central London Paediatric Emergency Department as well as teaching APLS (acute Paediatric life support) outside of the University setting. Hannah has a special interest in emergency nursing, trauma and providing nursing care to those who may find it hard to access public healthcare. Due to this, Hannah volunteered with refugee charities and nursed in 3rd world counties.

  • 2018 – 2020 Refugee Nurse for MARDI (Medical aid for refugee’s and displaced individuals)
  • 2017 – 2018 Research Nurse for CAP-IT research study
  • 2011 – 2015 Cardiac Intensive care at Great Ormond Street
  • 2015 – current Paediatric Emergency Department at Kings College Hospital
