About us

Creating Liveness in Embodied Research (CLEI) aims to:

  • Develop the field of critical immersion  through a range of world-leading projects and practice
  • Centralise the experience of digital immersion in the University of Greenwich, attract talent to and enable resources for our teams to experiment and create innovative immersion projects
  • Increase external industry links and thereby enable students' progression into these fast evolving employability pathways
  • Embed the University in co-created local, national and international community projects
  • Develop strong links to technology development and knowledge exchange with business, creative industry sectors and beyond.
  • Provide a cohesive approach to Practice as Research (PAR)
