Research Degree Administration Forms
Research Degree Administration (RDA) forms are being moved from Microsoft Word documents to electronic workflows in PULSE, the university's postgraduate research management system. As forms become available in PULSE, they will be removed from this webpage.
Postgraduate researchers (PGRs) and supervisors will be notified when forms are transferred and sent accompanying guidance where necessary.
The following forms are available in PULSE and not listed on this page:
- Approval of Supervisory Team Form (Professional Doctorate researchers only).

All forms are in Word Document format. Please download the form, complete the required details and submit according to the instructions on the form. If you are unable to find the information you need, please email gdc-prog@gre.ac.uk.
Reduced Tuition Fees
From 2026-27 the reduced tuition fee scheme will be automatically applied to all qualifying postgraduate researchers. Please see the updated Postgraduate Research Degrees: Tuition Fees Charging and Refund Policy 2026/27 for further information.
