Year 2
Students are required to study the following compulsory modules.
- Understanding the Pathophysiology of Ill-Heath (Level 5) (15 credits)
- Care and Support of Vulnerable Individuals and Groups (15 credits)
- Meeting the Physical Health Needs of People with Learning Disabilities (Level 5) (30 credits)
- Meeting the Mental Health Needs of People with Learning Disabilities (Level 5) (30 credits)
- Evidence and Research for Professional Practice (30 credits)
Year 3
Students are required to study the following compulsory modules.
- National and International Perspectives on Healthcare (15 credits)
- Learning and Teaching in Practice (Level 6) (15 credits)
- Reducing Challenging Behaviours in People with Learning Disabilities (Level 6) (30 credits)
