Where can I find my timetables?
Once you have completed registration, log in to the Portal to access your academic timetables, your learning environment and your university email.

What if I'm arriving late?
Even if you arrive late, you can still get involved and join societies. Hear from Rajat, who tells us about his experience arriving late from India.
The admin tasks
- Complete online registration, if you haven't already.
- Collect / Download your Greenwich Gateway Card.
- Register with local police if your visa requires you to.
The technology tasks
- Get online with eduroam, our fast wireless network.
- Download the Greenwich Mobile App.
- Download free Office 365 Software.
Your health
- Download the Safezone app.
- Register with a local doctor and dentist (depending on your campus).
- Explore Student Wellbeing (counselling, disability and dyslexia, mental health).
Finance
- Fill in a budget planner and funding checklist (get everything you're entitled to!)
- Open a student bank account.
- Apply for Council Tax exemption (if you are eligible).
Your studies and timetables
- Find your faculty's induction programme.
- Get familiar with the Portal and your virtual learning environment (login required).
- Meet your tutor and programme leader as planned.
Your support
- Your Careers Service (including part-time job opportunities).
- Locate your nearest Student Centre.
- International Student Advice Service.
Getting around
- Get the intercampus bus timetable.
- Apply for a Student Oyster Card for discounted travel around London.
- Find places to eat, drink and shop at your campus.
Your Welcome Week
- Discover your first week's activities.
- Check out the societies at your Students' Union.
- Find your sports and recreation facilities.
