Each academic department is supported by a Subject Librarian, sometimes also referred to as an Academic Support Librarian.

Your Subject Librarian can help you to make the most of the resources on offer and enable you to find good quality information relevant to the subject areas you are studying.

Your Subject Librarian will also support you to develop the range of skills needed to locate, evaluate and cite information effectively. It is likely that the librarian for your subject will run workshops introducing you to the Library services, training you in using the online resources and other subject specific sources of information.

You can also contact your Subject Librarian with queries, or to make an appointment for one-to-one specialist help.

Find the contact details of your Subject Librarian.
