Who does this apply to?
- Forced upgrades mainly apply to desktop PCs.
- If you use a staff Intune-managed laptop, this does not apply to you.
- A small number of unmanaged laptops may be included - check our list to be sure.
- All FES devices are excluded from the forced upgrade; they will be upgraded at a later date.
Check your device and act now to avoid disruption

- If you can upgrade your device, follow our step-by-step self-service upgrade instructions.
Important: You must be logged in to IT Self-Service to view the list and upgrade instructions. If you can’t access the page, please log in using the link at the top of the self-service screen.
