The 'Rule of Law' series sees first-class speakers including Lord Judge, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, Baroness Scotland and Chris Blackhurst taking part and sharing their views. The events, open to all, have been organised by the university's Law Advisory Forum:

  • Wednesday 7 December: The Rt Hon The Lord Judge: A Judge's Perspective on the Rule of Law (sold out)
  • Tuesday 10 January: Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe: A police perspective on the Rule of Law 
  • Tuesday 24 January: The Rt Hon The Baroness Scotland of Asthal QC: A politician's perspective on the Rule of Law 
  • Wednesday 8 February: Chris Blackhurst: A journalist's perspective on the Rule of Law
